Terms of Service
These terms govern bookings, services, and website use for Moments With Ellie Photography.
Booking and Retainer
A booking is confirmed after a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer unless otherwise stated in writing.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Rescheduling requests are accommodated when possible. Cancellation and retainer transfer policies are governed by the signed client agreement.
Session Delivery
Turnaround times, image counts, and delivery method are outlined in your package details and booking agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for timely communication, location permissions (if required), and ensuring all participants arrive on time and ready for the session.
Creative Rights and Usage
Copyright remains with the photographer unless a separate written license is provided. Personal-use printing and sharing rights are defined in the client contract.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the extent described in the signed agreement and applicable law.
Website Use
Website content may not be copied, redistributed, or republished without permission.
